Selecting Communication Channels

16. There is a time limit on when the brochure has to be completed by. It is best if you go to Elizabeth in Reprographics personally and deliver the message and tell her about the time constraint to finish the brochure. Face-to-face is best in this scenario also because Elizabeth is also close to your location.

17. You do not want to keep a prospective clien in a different country waiting for a long time about your prices, because this can hurt relationships and your current business. It is best that after you get the price quotes, you should make a phone call right back immediately to inform the client.

18. In this scenario, it would be better to do face-to-face group meetings. You have a lot of information to gather from your colleagues and co-workers about the internship program for nearby colleges and universities. In the group meeting, you can then discuss the best way to advertise this internship after all the information about the internship has been assimulated.

19. The right choice to make on this instance all depends on the information gathered. It didn't give you time restraint on when you need to talk to the IRS. If it did, then perhaps a telephone call would be advised. However, since it did not, a simple letter back to the IRS is sufficient enough for now.

20. From previous experience, telling someone bad news is always best when you tell them face-to-face. This is unavoidable in the military. You have to always communicate verbally. However, if it becomes a big problem, you should also put it down on paper as a report later on for official records of the incidents.

21. Thanks to technology today, it is much more cheaper and sensable to do a video-conferencing in this case. Everyone is far apart, however, they still need to have important meetings. I've done this myself. This is a very helpful technology to use in business nowadays.

22. As a manager, telling everyne in your staff is always best to do in a face-to-face group meeting. This way, if someone didn't understand it completely, they have other people who heard the same thing and is willing to help others in the aspects of the meetings. Telling everyone individually is a waste of time and everyone will have a different prospective of what you told them.

  1. You have some miss spelled words. You should work on proof reading before you publish your blogs. Also with some of the topics you are not making complete sentences.
